I am a person driven by passion! I devote my efforts to providing the best service possible to my clients. We specialize in Functional Training, incorporating multi-plane, multi-joint, and multi-muscle movements. I thrive for progression to challenge the body with proper form and technique.

Mobility is so important, so we always start training with movements and dynamic warm-ups to prepare joints and fire up the muscles we will target. At the end of training, we focus on stretches varying from deeper mobility, active and static stretches using bands, foam roller to lacrosse ball for Myofascial Release on specific areas.
