I have been training with Cris since 2015. I started in her running club and at the time, I could barely run a mile. Now, I run three half marathons a year and up to 30 miles a week. But that's just the start.
I realized that true fitness was more than just running. As a woman sliding into menopause, I needed strength, balance, flexibility, toning, and bone- and muscle-building resistance training. Now, I am stronger, fitter, and more flexible than I have ever been in my life—injury-free. In fact, I can do more chin-ups than most men. She helped me become a real athlete, and I have had fun the entire time
I have been training with Cris for three years. Cris makes training so much fun but pushes us enough so we are ultimately able to achieve our goals. I've lost 15lbs so far and gotten much stronger. Since training with Cris I ran my first Marathon in March 2020. I love Cris, she's an amazing person, friend and trainer.

When I first joined the running club I did not know what to expect and I was worried because I was the youngest member of the team. Cris surpassed all my expectations as a coach. She seeks to get to know you personally and customize a plan for you to improve your running in all aspects. Cris is the best! She has extensive knowledge of the body. She watches each client closely and guides them on the best way to execute each move safely and efficiently . She offers us variety in our trainings and makes it fun with her humor. For me that all assists helping me to reach my goals.
