FIT Class

Currently all group classes are outdoors 


Our FIT small group class is an amazing cross-training that mixes strength training and HIIT interval training techniques.  

Training includes TRX, kettlebells, boxing, bars, rope, balls, boxing and we surprise with different exercises every week! 

We keep a good energy to motivate our participants to push themselves. This fitness class brings fast results and creates a supportive and motivational group. Try once and join our small training group! A truly fun and enjoyable class!
