1st step is to discuss your goals, do body fat & measurements, and set up a training program.

We have the option to train with dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, balls, bars, machine, resistance bands, and your own body weight. 


We design your workout to provide a great way to tone, increase strength, keep your metabolism up helping you to burn more calories and improving your overall health.

Every 3 months we can re-do measurements and body fat to check progress and results!
