We build your workout training with exercises customized to your goals:
The first step is to discuss your goals, do body fat & measurements, and set up a training program. Every 6 months we like to re-do measurements and body fat to check progress and results!
We love functional training and ways to challenge your balance, strength, and cardio using different workout gear such as resistance bands, bosu balls, medicine balls, TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, and your own body weight.
We design your workout to provide a great way to tone, increase strength, keep your metabolism up help you burn more calories, and improve your overall health.
Shared Training is a great way to work out with a buddy, and keep commitment and motivation!
