1st step is to discuss your goals, do body fat & measurements, and set up a training program. Every 6 months we like to re-do measurements and body fat to check progress and results!
We love functional training and ways to challenge your balance, strength and cardio using different workout gear such as: resistance bands, bosu ball, medicine ball, TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, and your own body weight.
